Light Novel Finding

Hi there, need some help locating an interesting light novel I read back a couple of months ago but can't remember what it was called. Apparently, this guy used to be an otaku, got kicked out and disowned from his family, gained a new ability that allows him to save/load instances of his life, and use it to redeem himself. He found out about the ability when he nearly died due to instant ramen noodles, can anyone help me find out what the light novel is?
