"Hexen: Beyond Heretic" is another game that should have difficulty selections.
Thank ya!

What are the difficulty settings labeled?

Omega Quintet originally released for PS4 and later for PC has difficulty levels. It is about from normal (which is in reality easy mode) to intermediate (normal mode) and advanced (hard mode). I played PC version and I observed the same difficulty dependencies as in PS4 version (I read this from GameFAQ).

Believe it or not, GS Mikami: Joreishi wa Nice Body for SNES/Super Famicom has difficulty levels.

There's Easy and Normal. Easy only lets you play through the first half of the game; Normal lets you play through the game in its entirety.

The Adventures of Batman & Robin for Super Nintendo has three difficulty settings: Easy, Normal and Hard.
