Just finished up Test Drive Unlimited 2 the other day.  Not nearly as good as TDU1 in my opinion.

Just finished up Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage for the PSN/PS1. Still a great game that holds up very well.

This is a tough question because I play a ton of online games where completion isn't an option. I think the last game I completed from start to finish was Downwell. It was tough but simple enough that if you get into the rhythm that you can easily beat the game without too many problems. The only major issue I have with it is it moves fast and it can be hard to get back into the groove if you don't practice regularly.

Zelda: Skyward Sword. Even though, it's not that great of a game, my girlfriend and I sat down and have been playing through the Zelda franchise on our days off, and we recently competed Skyward Sword and it was a nice experience! I made sure I bought the one with the CD too, because that CD is amazing! Smiley

Fable II and Sonic Unleashed on the Xbox 360. Rather like Unleashed so I had no problems, but Fable II was really dull I'm afraid.
