Quality wise, I would say:
1- Live Gamer Portable
2- HD PVR 2
3- Elgato HD60
I might get alot of hate for this but the brightness and contrast are a bit off on the Elgato capture cards that make the quality suffer a bit in my opinion but besides that, it's not that bad, especially since the HD60 is the only option on this list that does 1080p60, where the other are capped at 1080p30... In the long run though, you can't go wrong with any of these cards ^_^

Dunno about the PVR, but I own an Avermedia LGP and their pretty much shit, they stop your recording for no reason sometimes without even making a warning sign to let you know the recording was stopped or even worse they mess up the sound, so I'd say go with the Elgato
