YT Update Speed

I recently updated one of my YT playlists. How long does it take for the change to occur? (I ask because I've clicked on it several times already).

It does it right when you click update.

But, you can only use this update to append new videos to the end of the playlist. So, your youtube playlist must look the same as your GA playlist up until the point where you want to add new videos.
