I wanted to make this topic to quickly answer a question that I could just not find anywhere on the web. When I imported my raw audio from vdub into audacity it would always be noticeably slower, but through trial and error I have found that by making sure the settings are set to: Signed 16-bit PCM, Little eadiness, and then imported you will get audio about 5% or so slower. Change the sampling rate of imported audio to: 48000 Hertz, and you should have audio that is up to date. I am sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere, but it caused me a lot of grief and I would hope to help someone out.
