VBA, NO$, DSME, some other ones as well. Check google or some emulator shack.

 objection I would never use a built in recorder that comes with an emulator. But that's just my opinion.

when I record with VGB after 10 mins the audio starts to go out of sync. Also with Fusion for Sega when I record I get only audio and no video. Any way to fix those problems?

I realized that whenever the AVI is recorded, it is at the console's native resolution, that's why it's so small. Right now, here's what I use

NES, SNES, PC Engine, GB, SMS - Bizhawk
GEN - Gens
GBA - VBA

Be sure to get the rerecording versions of Gens and VBA; Bizhawk has those built in
