Here are the specs of my computer. I've learn you don't need a super powerful computer to play GameCube games on Dolphin. I never tried any wii or wii u games so keep that in mind as you read on. I hope this helps somewhat.

Windows 10 operating system
3.6GHz seventh-generation Intel Core i7-7700 quad-core processor with 8MB cache
16GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM
1TB 7200 RPM SATA hard drive
256GB SATA solid-state drive
DVD+/-RW drive
802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi
Bluetooth 4.2 M.2 wireless technology
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics with 3GB GDDR5 dedicated memory
5.1 surround sound
7-in-1 memory card slot
USB-C port
Four USB 3.0 ports
Two USB 2.0 ports
Three DisplayPort ports
HDMI, DVI, ethernet ports
Headphone/microphone combo jack
Measures approximately 16"L x 6-1/2"W x 15-3/4"H; weighs 21.72 lbs
UL listed adapter; 1-year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty
Imported
