I'm sure I may be a bit off base from everyone else's choices, but more than 'songs' can be meaningful.

There as a piece called An American Elegy written by Frank Ticheli.

It was originally written for the Columbine disaster, but has gone on to serve for the memories of many other things in the years since.

When I was down over some bad luck I was facing quite a few years ago and one of the bands I was a tech for at the time played in on Spring concert.  It was very uplifting and I never forget that.

Also a few years later a good friend of mine conducting an all-area band with it while he was going through cancer treatments.  One of the most amazing concerts I've ever witnessed.

I recommended finding a collegiate group playing it and there are many on itunes.

The most meaningful song to me right now would have to be Around my Head by Cage the Elephant. I have crush on a chick and it pretty much is what happens to me most of the day.

Siberian Breaks by MGMT. It's a 12-minute epic folk song with electronica influences. Might be my favorite song of all-time.
