Killing Crawmerax in the first time in Borderlands took me about 40 minutes to kill him. To be honest I don't really struggle with boss battles. I remember finding the final battle of Starfox 64 hard when I was younger

Persona 3 Final Boss.

I still remember it, it was around 3pm and after I beat it, it was 9. I had to hurry and finish my homework afterwards.

I don't commonly have issues beating a boss on a regular playthrough, but back when I was speedrunning Tomb Raider Legend, the final boss took me around a month.

That would be Kaelthas Sunstrider in Tempest Keep (World of Warcraft). I think it took us about 6 weeks of 5 days raiding 19:00-01:00 We got him server second Smiley

Non-stop?  Wink

Starfox 64 also was probably the longest time for me, boss-wise.
