I use the AVI format on Sony Vegas and Divx to compress the video by setting the bitrate to 5000 kbps and rendered it and looked at the video and looked smooth and clear quality. I hope the quality don't mess up.

Does anyone here have any experience using a blitzbox? To me they look like the least amount of hassle.

The Blitzbox and Slingbox have been compared closely to the HAVA. The HAVA was a pain in the ass for me to use, but they are all along the same line as the Hauppauge HDPVR, which is not really all that much setup. Preference is one thing, but the key points illustrated in this post can be applied to pretty much any device you want to use, in regards to formatting, quality, HD specs, etc...

I just have a question
Is there any way to record iPod touch or iPhone games, because i see games on (IP) category, but doesn't have  any videos, so i'd like to make some Walkthrough of some of my games i have on my iPhone.

They are only in there because we pull our database directly from gamespot. It's not conducive to actually being able to record them, just for completeness.
I would STRONGLY recommend against this, but since this falls into the handheld category, you can use a camera. The camera MUST NOT MOVE and the screen/audio must be visible and audible at all times.
99% of people who submitted camera walkthroughs under this criteria could not make it happen.
Do so at your own risk of being denied for quality issues.

What is more recommended? AVI or MP4,

Asking that is like asking "What is better a PC or a Mac?". For PC, go after .AVI (MP4 will also work, but AVI will rule). if you have a Mac go after MP4. And if you're going to use AVI, try this codec: x264vfw - H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Codec. Its amazing. Low size files and amazing quality (as good as the original frap's video).
