As there are a bunch of movies I liked made by Buena Vista, a Disney company as far as I know, there is the chance that new marvel movie's are not that "kiddieish" as you might expect. And I just heared a Radio doku that stated Pixar to command Disney. But although I heared about the politics inside of Disney, so time will show what comes out at last.
If they start to make movies that the masses don't like, they're out of buisiness. So they have to do, what we expect. Since the latest Super-Hero-Movies they can't step back in storytelling, violence and these things without a huge loss of money.

Walt Disney died back in 1966 man, his death had probably little to no influence on the outcome of Disney's 'teen-shit program' you speak of.

The only reason Disney has gone down this road is because kids = money nowadays. Teenagers move on to better (not to me, i consider most of the stuff on TV to be repulsive) things like MTV or some crap like that. Most wouldnt want to admit to/watch something like the Disney channel anymore, because it is mostly children shows.

Disney nowadays = Epic fail

The old days of Mickey Mouse, and all the other classic cartoons = Awesomeness that kicks the shit out of the newer stuff.

If you want a bit of fun, there was a contest over at Worth1000.com to make Marvel character and Disney characters together as fusions. there are some really good entries, and some frightening, like the Jonas Brothers merged with The Punisher.

I was imagining things like some mickey mouse cartoons with the following dialogue

MM: Well hello there kiddies, it's your ol' buddy an' pal Mickey here and today I'm introducing my new friend...THE INCREDIBLE HULK!!!
The Hulk: HULK SMASH!!!
MM: HAHAHA...No no hulky...We don't do that here.

Thats actually a common misconception brought on because of the cartoons made about comics. Originally, comics were made for older teens/adults. If you are ever interested in reading a graphic novel I recommend reading "The Laughing Joke". It's the novel that Heath Ledger  based his Joker off of. It's extremely dark but has some really interesting points made in the story. It's only about 50 pages so its relatively short but it really shows you how comics really were before people like Disney came and ruined it.
