I've checked Mr. House body, but I think there was like a note there and the chip was used to upgrade the robots by Mr. House. Also, when I killed Caesar I got the chip, I didn't kill Benny (or at least I think so. There were a lot of explosions going around when I killed Caesar )
So, if you read the title you know why you are here.
This is an incredibly hard question to answer, I just can't choose five games (especially beacuse I have a very indecisive personality), but just to name a few:

But if I wanted to give a very precise list I should think abut this a little more and finish some of the awesome games I am playing right now like Rayman 2, Final Fantasy 7, MGS 1, Zelda Ocarina of Time (yes, I've never played that game), Zelda Wind Waker and Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door. (I have a very "dispere" (?) personalty, that is why I play many games at the same time.
Man, I can't wait to play it. The first one is definetly in my Top 3 Games of all time. I just love the story and the gameplay so much. The only bad thing I have to say about it is that is kinda glitchy some times (very few times) and that some missions are kind of annoying, especially on hard. But still, can't wait to get the second one. I've heard so many good things about it.
